Sushidokoro Yamada is an “aged sushi” restaurant in Ginza as it has aged fish for a long time. It is an extremely popular restaurant that offers 15pcs of attractive Nigiri sushi at a very reasonable price. Of course, ordering additional sushi is an option as well as enjoying with a delicious sake.
About us
Sushidokoro Yamada was opened in July 2012 by owner Yusuke Yamada after seven years of training at a sushi restaurant in Ginza. The restaurant is located on the third floor of a building in Ginza 7-chome, with eight counter seats.
Menu options
At Sushidokoro Yamada, we do not serve Tsumami(Sashimi) or Gari(ginger). We only serve ‘nigiri sushi’ and matching sake. Please check the course menu below.
